Enjoying equal parts of sunshine and welcome shade, the cool white façade complements the different shades of green tree canopy as you approach. Clean and simple architectural lines are easy on the eyes while the house and expansive backyard kick your imagination into high gear at the front door.

Foyer has very cool tiled floor and makes a great spot for hanging your sunhats, stowing your keys, shoes and backpacks. Living room stretches out in front of you with diffused sunlight streaming through big windows.

Kitchen is on the other side of the breakfast bar which divides the spaces. White wood ceiling, slate blue cabinets and stone counters team up to make a fun and inspiring kitchen. The great design invites one or more to work together at meal time, have room for 3 or 4 friends to consult from the bar and navigate easily between living and dining rooms and out to the largest party deck you’ve seen in a long time. French doors in the dining room lead out to the deck and honestly, dining out will take on new meaning as you find yourself grilling, chilling and enjoying many meals outdoors.

Guest bedrooms are off the living room and share an updated hall bathroom. Comfortably sized, with double closets, the bedrooms can be closed off the main living areas for extra privacy. A huge deck spans the width of the house with 3 sections and built-in seating around one side.

There’s so much room, you can invite everyone you love to a barbecue while you turn the kids loose in the fenced backyard to run around till they are out of steam. Backyard gets more sun than the front so if you have a green thumb, this is the spot to start a container garden. You can add outbuildings, a water feature, a soccer field with room to spare for boat storage, kayaks, bikes, whatever makes you happy.

From your front door to the Boulevard, it’s 5 blocks and then you can go east or west to a host of favorite spots the locals will tell you about. Odd Birds Kitchen and Cocktail Lounge, Blackfly Restaurant, Grower’s Alliance for coffee and treats, Llama for incredible Peruvian food, Osprey Tacos, Old Coast Ales and I’ve barely scratched the surface in the first 3 blocks.
