3306 Haley Point offers 1st floor living with views of the river from the sunroom and main bedroom suite. Foyer splits the space with guest bedroom, hall bath and laundry closet to the left, and 2nd bedroom to the right. Living, dining and kitchen are straight ahead with tiled floor defining the dining space. Kitchen is tucked out of sight of front door but open to the gathering areas. With such a generous room there are numerous options for furniture groupings depending on your lifestyle.

The sunroom offers year round living thanks to the large windows that open and close based on the season. A peaceful river view is always a welcome distraction so look up whenever you think of it and enjoy the breeze from the east.

En-suite, the main bedroom enjoys morning light and both windows look out to the San Sebastian. A large room – bring your California king – this is a quiet retreat at day’s end.

Living room and main bedroom both open to a large sunroom that can be enjoyed year round. It’s a lovely to read, nap or just gaze out at the river and the greenery. Enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise and end the day here as the moon comes into view and, it’s a sweet spot for dining too.

2nd and 3rd bedrooms are at the front of the condo. Both rooms are comfortably sized and enjoy natural light from the north. One bedroom has a private little sunroom just big enough for 2 chairs and a table and if you are a painter, this space faces north for the best light. Hall bath serves both guest rooms and visitors and the laundry closet is located here as well.

On to the amenities! There’s a full gym and heated lap pool located on the corner of Drury and Serena which is 5 minute bike ride if you dawdle. The main facility is even closer and contains the large unheated pool, library and clubhouse. There are walking trails throughout Vista Cove and a day dock with cleaning station. Catch it, dress it and then use the little grill by the picnic table and make it a meal. Nature abounds here – mature tree canopies provide nesting spots for a variety of birds and you’ll see egrets and herons commuting across the river. Turtles sun themselves on the bank and slip in the water to cool off. The community is full of walkers so you’ll meet new friends as you stroll around.

From Vista Cove, it’s 10 minutes or less to downtown and a little further to the closest beach. Public golf course and grocery shopping are just up the road and there’s fast access to several major roadways. Condo living is easy – lock and leave when the travel bug bites.
