A-3 is a 35′ slip with power and water on a concrete floating dock just waiting for your vessel. Downtown St Augustine is 10-15 minutes by car and the Vilano Town Center can be reached in 5. Ponte Vedra is typically a 25-minute drive to the north along Coastal Highway and along the way you pass Guana State Park which is well worth exploring when you have your walking shoes with you. If you’ve been looking for a central location to keep your boat in order to enjoy it whenever possible, this may be just the spot.
