A rustic caretaker cottage in back makes for great storage or party cabana with bathroom. Aim yourself north and the sidewalk will take you 3 blocks to the St Augustine Distillery, the Ice Plant and Preserved (look them up and make a reservation!) or go east to the Blue Hen for the best breakfast.
