ST AUGUSTINE BEACH RETRO RANCH

A retro classic in a favorite St Augustine Beach neighborhood, Woodland with its lovely tree canopy and spacious lots is home to this 1964 ranch offered to market for the first time. Located at the bend in the drive, the house presides from an interior corner and boasts a beautiful treed lot with a sunny 20′ x 16′ front courtyard and 24′ x 20′ patio in back.
