RENOVATED 1940s COTTAGE

Thanks to a row of mature hedges, this 1940s cottage enjoys a natural privacy screen from the street but you have to get out of the car to have a closer look or you’ll miss it. Renovated in 2012, freshly painted in 2015 and expecting a new metal roof in June, all that’s left is to call the movers and then put your personal stamp on the big backyard that’s patiently waiting for a green thumb and a patio for outdoor living.

The renovation added back details from the past for a now retro flavor. Three walls of windows make the front room a lovely place to work or enjoy morning coffee and evening wine.
