Follow the tiled hallway first to the laundry closet on the left and then to the bedrooms and baths. En-suite, the primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub and a double closet to keep things tidy. 2nd bedroom has the right wall space for a Murphy bed if you want to create a flex room for multipurpose use.

Look no further than the course right here at St Augustine Shores Golf Club. Publix shopping center and the library are minutes away and you can be at the beach in or less.
