NORTH CITY COTTAGE

A beacon of blue, this North City cottage is irrepressibly cheerful with its happy disposition and easy lifestyle. Living larger than it looks from the street, the floor plan is geared towards casual living with a large gathering area including living room, dining alcove and kitchen. Lots of windows invite sunshine inside and the fireplace will make you happy when the weather turns.

An elevated bar top keeps kitchen counters out of view so you can cook with reckless abandon and no one can see! The middle bedroom is on the east side across from the hall bath and the third bedroom is presently used as an office.

With a mix of sun and shade, the deep backyard offers room for all manner of recreation and plenty of freedom for the four-legged family members to run around safely thanks to the fence. A storage shed will keep outdoor things dry and out of the way when not in use. Laundry facilities are in the attached single-car garage which is squeaky clean and has a pedestrian door to the side yard and to the hallway in the house so you and the groceries remain dry if the weather is uncooperative. Because all the gathering areas are up front, the entry deck becomes an extension of the living room and a place to set up the grill for outdoor cooking.
