Owners decided mowing grass was not on their menu so front yard is graveled and the driveway and courtyard are pavered. Gardens line the privacy on 3 sides, providing colorful flowers and an invitation to bees and butterflies. Covered deck is the spot for al fresco dining after the grill has done its thing. Let the rains come – you will stay nicely dry no matter the weather. Raised bed garden has delivered many a tomato and a variety of cooking herbs. Generator is hidden back here too. If your family includes 4-legged members, all you need is to add a bit more fence and gate, and they can enjoy the backyard with their humans.

From the front door, it’s a leisurely 3-block stroll to the corner of King and Cordova where a myriad of culinary and cultural delights are waiting to be discovered.
