Big pantry, separate laundry closet plus a casual dining nook under the courtyard window complete the room. Owner loves the large open “window” connecting kitchen to gathering room where guests can sit at the cypress bar top during meal prep. Living and dining enjoy unbroken marsh views and soft natural light bathes the room. Wood-burning fireplace is welcome in cooler months so be patient.
