If you choose to share this pied-à-terre as a short-term rental, please know that you can have one rental event per week but you will need to secure a 2nd parking spot at the municipal garage located 7 blocks to the north (please ask for details about the process). Living alongside Lake Maria Sanchez means daily walks around the lake as you get to know the neighbors. Your car will gather dust since you’ll be spending your time walking everywhere.
