CLOSE TO THE STATE PARK

Thank goodness for GPS or you might miss this sleeper sun-dappled street with its beautiful tree canopy. Set your compass for 18 Baru Road and you’ll find it tucked at the end of the block waiting for you. So close to the State Park, the St Augustine Amphitheatre and both bridges, you’d never know it once you’re home.

A new master bath with a modern urban flavor will get you going in the morning and there’s a walk-in closet too. Two more bedrooms are on the north side with another fully renovated bathroom in between. So far, so good, but it gets better.

Think guest suite or multigenerational living and check out the downstairs. With living room, bedroom, updated bath and micro-kitchen, this adds another living dimension to the mix.
