Take the stairs up to the conditioned attic and you’ll find great finished space should you care to end the relationship with your storage unit. It’s also a neat place for “kids” of all ages to get away for a quiet read or favorite pastime. The outdoor space is great and should a garage be on your want list, there is plenty of room to construct one so your driveway can lead your car home. With plenty of sun for a garden and some shade in the back for the dog, there’s room in between for all kinds of activities. Mechanicals have been updated, the HVAC is new and super efficient and the roof is metal.

A sweet location in Lincolnville, you can bike to the Sunday market, the community pool and it’s a pleasant trip to town along the lake.
