DOWNTOWN COTTAGE

Come see for yourself – it’s really as sweet as it looks in the photos. Wonderfully patterned shakework and architectural detail on the outside, the deep front porch comes with a porch swing and there’s a private bricked courtyard tucked between the house and the detached garage.The central dining room is between the kitchen and living room for easy flow. Ample room for casual meals in the kitchen and in the cooler months, you’ll appreciate the casement windows. Two comfortable bedrooms run along the east side of the house and share a fun 1950s bathroom (no pink and black, I promise!) which is also accessed from the hallway. The rear bedroom has a large cedar closet and if a second bathroom is desired, this closet coupled with another in the hallway will make a good bathroom and there’s still room to build in a closet without compromising the space.
