A favorite downtowner, this historic cottage was built in the late 1800s by Lucy Abbott, for whom the neighborhood is named. Previously located on the grounds of her mansion just down the street, it was moved to its present location in 1989. Located on an oversized lot with a seriously big back yard – you can add a pool, garage and guest house. A stately tree offers welcome shade for the wide front porch and a deep overhang keeps you dry even if an errant rainstorm stops by. Swing open the red door and step into the living room with 11.5′ ceiling, exposed brick chimney and honey-hued wood floors.
