The backyard offers a screened pool, 4-person spa, covered patio for al fresco gatherings with a water vista as the backdrop and thanks to our temperate climate, you can enjoy it year-round. Start the day with coffee and a sunrise and end with cocktails and the moon.

Step inside and feel any residual stress melt away. Diffused natural light illuminates the very generous living room where you can easily have multiple seating areas. The fireplace waits patiently for cool winter nights and is flanked by 2 sets of French doors leading to solarium. Custom shades keep the morning sun at bay but in the evening you can let the starlight in.

En-suite master is a peaceful retreat with sliders that lead to the pool. Expansive wall space allows for those large pieces you love and the newly renovated bathroom is a dream. There’s a soaking tub with remote controlled shade so you can see the lake, separate shower, individual sinks and walk-in closet.

Kitchen is clad in earth tones and there’s a breakfast nook plus pass-through window which keeps you connected to the living room. 2nd “master” is another spacious room with doors leading to spa and pool. Excellent for extended stay visitors, there’s private access to newly updated hall bathroom. 3rd bedroom is across the hall and laundry room is at this end of the house.

Let’s talk neighborhood amenities: clubhouse, real fitness facility, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, dedicated walkover to sand and sea, outdoor unheated pool, RV and boat storage (yes!). Cap’s and the Reef are two favorite restaurants a short distance to the north and Vilano Town Center is minutes to the south. Publix, Puccini’s for pizza and live music, the Beaches has a waterfront deck for drinks, eats and music – sweet!
