COTTAGE WITH OVERSIZED YARD
Built in the 1950s, this cottage has a classic 1920s flavor with its impressive cedar siding and covered front porch. Shaded by a mature tree canopy, the lot measures 75 x 105 so you have elbow room on both sides and in the back. No wasted space inside makes this small house live larger. The living/dining room runs along the west side of the house with the kitchen at the back. Lots of windows and recessed lighting illuminate the room and a breakfast bar defines the spaces.
