Penn Frazier
Another long-time resident of St Augustine with complex beginnings, William Penn Frazer, Jr. (we can call him Penn), grew up in Virginia and attended schools there and in Georgia.
Penn’s formal education was in, well, education, but you will find any associate of Irene’s to be well-rounded and widely experienced, and Penn is no exception. His credits include past licensed real estate rentals and sales, bookkeeping for a half-dozen different firms, and owner and/or partner in a number of small retail businesses including clothing, antiques and pottery. His duties for Irene include property staging, assets management and old-fashioned legwork.
Penn states that he is currently “retired” in between assignments for the Irene machine. He also indicates a fondness for reading, automobiles, and travel, and spends 3-4 months every year back in Virginia updating his retirement credentials.
