The house we purchased in Lincolnville had some issues (one being it was a multi-family that needed to be converted to a single family). Irene took the time to explain a litany of potential issues and pitfalls we may encounter (prior to an offer being written). We are sure she shared that same conversation numerous times before with other interested parties. We were not deterred, but encouraged by her candidness.
