Hats off to Yvette Schindler of the Present Moment Café at 224 West King Street on her new recipe book, “Handmade in the Present Moment.” The book signing was last week but you can find the book at the Café or through the website at thepresentmomentcafe.com. The Present Moment Café opened in downtown St. Augustine in October 2006. They are an organic, vegetarian café that specializes in the preparation of unprocessed living gourmet foods.
At The Present Moment Café, you will be offered a wonderful menu of delicious organic and unprocessed food that remains just as nature has intended. All of the menu items are rich in flavor, live enzymes and nutrients while remaining gluten-free, heart-healthy and diabetic friendly.
